That’s why we were proud to partner with Davidson Housing Coalition (DHC) on their comprehensive capital improvements project at The Bungalows — a 32-unit affordable housing community that has served Davidson families since 2001.

In May, our team began the replacement of eight original roofs dating back more than two decades. Working closely with DHC, we installed high-quality architectural shingles and new covered gutters with guards, giving these homes a much-needed upgrade that enhances durability, curb appeal, and year-round protection.

DHC sought a roofing partner who could provide more than just materials — they needed professionalism, guidance, and a commitment to the community. As Connie Wessner, Executive Director of DHC, shared:

From start to finish, we prioritized communication with DHC leadership and residents. Before work began, we joined DHC for two community meetings to ensure everyone understood the process, timeline, and what to expect. We answered questions, addressed concerns, and even brought along our plush mascot, Roofus, to spread some smiles.
