Elite Roof & Solar is one of the fast-growing roofing and solar contractors delivering a significant number of roofing, gutter, and solar projects across the Carolinas annually. This teammate will be a key member of our sales & operations team helping us execute projects to the highest level of customer expectation and satisfaction. This position will be involved with sales support, customer management, ordering, scheduling, delivery, and execution of nearly every project we perform. The team member must ensure all of the customer touchpoints along the way are executed to our high standards and that any satisfaction issues are effectively resolved or escalated as required.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales & operational support to Elite Roof & Solar customers, Area Managers and installation crews
- Create detailed job records in Elite’s CRM system via phone, email or other source
- Support dedicated B2B customers and other sales channels with direct updates regarding the status of their specific jobs. This can include reporting up through customer portals or providing weekly status reports that include current job state, schedules, scope of work changes, invoices, payments, and collections
- Review estimates for accuracy and scope of work
- Review & prepare material orders and schedule deliveries with our material suppliers
- Review & prepare work orders and schedule installations
- Verify and approve invoices
- Coordinate with crews, Area Managers and customers regarding project dates & details
- Review signed proposals, understand Scope of Work and log information accurately in our CRM and databases
- Interact with customers to answer questions, provide explanations and resolve complaints and concerns
- Review and conduct quality inspections & safety audits
- Ensure all site inspections are completed in a timely manner with detailed notes.
- For each and every job, ensure “during” and “after” photos are available for use for customer communications, invoicing, and for marketing materials
- Monitor material usage and identify opportunities to improve waste and efficiency
- Manage customer relationship from contract signed through job completion with continuous updates to customer
- Visit job sites as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze performance data and report to Business Owners as requested
- Attend team meetings and sales trainings to keep up with the latest developments.
- Escalates issues and exceptions to senior leadership when appropriate.
- Keeps informed of company policies and procedures; answers related internal and external questions within authority
- Support Business Owners as needed
- Always represents the Elite Roof & Solar Brand in a positive way according to our defined brand elements. These include acting with professionalism, demonstrating expertise, and always being trustworthy and forthright to the customer.
Skills and Qualifications
- Elite Roof & Solar requires high levels of personal integrity, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills for every team member
- Self-motivated, detail focused and task oriented
- Willingness to help others and serve our community
- Intellectual curiosity to learn new things and try new ways of solving problems
- Prior experience as an analyst or sales and operational support roles a plus
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, efficiently and effectively solving problems
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and CRMs
- Construction industry experience

- At the Hub, this individual will have a dedicated desk, but also will have the freedom to work anywhere within the open office environment and enjoy the benefits of this great shared office environment
