The Spa Athletic Club has been a fixture as the friendliest health club and fitness center in Hickory for over 40 years. Their roof saw its share of leaks and issues as most do during such a long run. They had tried patchwork repairs with a host of roofers, but leaks continued until their contracted with Elite Roof and Solar. We did a complete replacement with TPO to improve durability and reducing HVAC costs.
