I had my home and garage roofs completely replaced by Elite Roof and Solar using UDHZ shingles—all in one amazing day!
From inspection and material selection to the quote and installation, the entire process was seamless.
My sales manager, Andy W, was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding.
Unlike companies that leave you to deal with installers on your own after signing, Elite Roof and Solar remained fully involved.
Andy supported me every step of the way by scheduling dates, delivering samples, and coordinating the team.
Before dawn on September 15, 2026, his team pulled into my driveway so quietly that even my dog did not notice. By 6:30 a.m., they had covered the perimeter of my home and garage with tarps and set up their ladders and equipment ,all while it was still dark.
The team worked with remarkable quiet, efficiency, cohesiveness and coordination.
By day's end, they had removed every screw, nail, and speck of debris.
The property was immaculate, and the new roof looked spectacular.
Andy was on-site to monitor progress and to ensure the integrity of the process.
Ross, the company owner, stopped by as well to verify the quality of the work
When a company invests this much effort and stands so firmly behind its work, why choose anyone else?
I recommend elite roof and solar with the utmost enthusiasm
Ask for Andy W.
You will be thrilled
Their work is beautiful.
I invite you to visit and see my Shakewood shingles for yourself.

Roofing repairs were professionally completed at our home. The crew worked diligently to finish the installation in an exceptional fashion. All debris was removed during and after the project. The company did an exceptional job on the same day. I would highly recommend their services.

Using Elite Roof and Solar has been a very pleasant experience. My wife and I are very conscientious consumers when it comes to investing in our home, and we like to comparison shop before making a decision. We looked at several roofing companies, and Elite Roof and Solar stood far above the rest. I’d say the part that made our experience so special was the customer service we received from Andy, our Market Area Manager, who walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. He was incredibly patient with us, as we asked LOTS of questions. He was the first person we met when he introduced us to Elite Roof and Solar, and he was the last person we saw after the crew finished cleaning up. He stayed to walk us through the highlights of the completed roof, answer any final questions, and survey the property to make sure no roofing debris had been missed.

We experienced some personal family challenges that delayed our decision to move forward with choosing Elite Roof and Solar. When we reached back out to Andy, he was more than happy to come back out, complete another inspection of our roof, and update the summary report. Once we chose Elite Roof and Solar, he made sure the project was handled personally from start to finish, staying on-site to monitor and manage the job throughout the day. We are VERY pleased with the finished product and truly feel that we have the best-looking roof in the neighborhood. We highly recommend Elite Roof and Solar to anyone looking for a company that combines quality workmanship with exceptional customer service.

Elite Roof and Solar, Andy Wohl in particular, were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They provide excellent customer service and provided me with honest feedback about the condition of my roof (both the good and the bad). I highly recommend them if you’re in need of a roof repair, inspection, or total replacement. Ask for Andy!

It was brutally hot the day they installed our room. They didn’t miss a beat. Roof looks amazing. Even after seeing nails everywhere, I didn’t find a single nail after their clean up. Not even in the grass. Super good job!!!

I did ALOT of research and received MANY quotes before choosing Elite. Andy was the most responsive with all of my questions (and I had a ton of them). He always responded within 3-10 minutes. Others took days or didn't respond at all. He came to the house, did a thorough inspection and was very honest and upfront, while never trying to upsell the products...he didn't need to because the products and their workmanship speak for themselves! I couldn't be more pleased with the process from start to finish. And installation only took 1 day!! Elite took a very stressful experience and made it smooth and simple with no guess work. I would recommend Elite, (especially Andy) all day, everyday to anyone needing a new roof!!

Elite Roof and Solar replaced my gutters with oversized gutters and downspouts, leaf guards, replaced rotted wood and replaced some shingle areas that had been damaged by poor design and installation of the old gutters. Andy came and clearly showed me the areas that need repair and explained his recommendations for repairs. He also reassured me that some areas that I was concerned about did not need attention and explained why. I was satisfied that his estimate was complete and honest.
Chad and his installation crew were professional and thorough with their work, explaining what they were doing and why. They explained how I could use downspout extensions to further direct water away from my the house.
When the work was complete they did a thorough cleanup and removed all the debris.
I am very satisfied with the job and recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job.

Andy was so helpful and personable. Daughter’s house needed new roof.
He showed me samples of all materials that Elite would use. Easy to communicate with him and always responsive. Work completed in less than a day, with prompt early start. Specific day for install was requested and honored.

I had a great experience with Elite Roof & Solar from start to finish. I’ve had issues in the past with other companies not showing up, so I really appreciated how prompt and reliable Andy Wohl was. His communication was clear and thorough throughout the entire process, and he kept me well-informed on timelines.

From the initial visit to project completion, everything was done in about two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. The team replaced all of my gutters, repaired wood rot, and addressed areas of the roof that needed new shingles.

The crew was professional and left the property spotless—no debris or loose materials left behind. Overall, a smooth, efficient experience. I would highly recommend Elite Roof & Solar to anyone in need of gutter, roofing or exterior work.

Elite did an excellent job installing my new roof including Jake Jeries from Elite and the crew who installed the roof. Roof was installed in one day, the cleanup was perfect ( haven’t found a nail on the ground anywhere). There was one hiccup that was resolved satisfactorily. They are very professional and conscientious. I spoke with a few other companies and they couldn’t compare. They were overpriced and a bit slimy. My Elite roof looks terrific. Please don’t hesitate to use them for a new roof. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors. You won’t be disappointed.

Wife’s view. I don”t often write reviews, but Elite Roof and Solar did an exceptional job under the watchful eye of market area manager Andy Wohl. Andy gave us a detailed description of the procedure and he was onsite during the roofing, again providing us information about the procedure and the materials used. I had expressed my concerns at the preparation meeting between us and Andy and his boss, Ross Erickson. I was very concerned about all the bushes and plants that could be damaged as old shingles come sliding off the roof. Andy understood my concern, and took pictures of the plantings near the house. The morning of the actual roofing the crew put huge tarps on the edge of the roof to the ground. The tarps covered everything. Andy put tables over some of the flowerbeds. The amazing crew threw the old shingles on a cemented area. Afterwards, nothing was damaged. Thank you Andy and Crew. The roof looks beautiful. From the highest quality roofing material we chose Andy's recommended color. It complements the color of our house perfectly. We are so pleased. Thank you all.

Husband’s view. We have been homeowners for 60 years, in the north and mid-south, and have had many contractors including roofers. Elite Roof and Area Manager Andy Wohl are unquestionably the best of them all. My summary is simple: promises made, promises kept. Andy promised to protect landscaping, he and Elite did including with executive-level participation in planning. Andy promised to personally supervise, he did. Andy promised experienced workers, they were, and it shows in the professional result. Andy promised a one-day job including cleanup, it was, with Andy personally helping. We are more than satisfied.

Elite roof and solar did an outstanding job replacing our roof! Andy (our contact person at Elite) did a terrific job communicating with us during every step of the process, and he ensured the installation work was done on schedule and correctly. The installation team cleaned up everything very well at the end of the day, and Andy returned the next morning to check everything and to make sure we were happy with their work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a tree fall on our home above our child’s bedroom. Andy made room in his busy day to make our home a priority. He came out the same day and protected our house from water damage, explained everything clearly, and with a great deal of knowledge. Truly the best experience with a roofer or contractor I have had. Could not recommend more.

The team at Elite Roofing, especially my project manager Andy Wohl, were wonderful. They took their time to completely explain the process of a new roof, including answering all my questions throughout the process. They were prompt in their responses, on time for the installation, and did a excellent job. At several points in the process, Andy checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable with the progress. They even offered to change light bulbs! I would absolutely recommend them for a home roof replacement.

I had ceiling water spots show up after a heavy snow, and I was worried it was shingle/roof damage. Andy Wohl from Elite Roof & Solar came out quickly and was extremely honest and professional. He initially considered melting the ice outside, but then went into the attic first and found the real cause: snow had blown in through the ridge exhaust vent and settled in the attic. There was no shingle damage.

He removed the snow from the attic, explained what was happening, and told me what to do next (let it dry and then touch up the ceiling). He didn’t try to sell me a roof replacement or unnecessary repairs. He also recommended a specific ridge vent upgrade (Cobra SnowCountry Advanced Premium Exhaust Vent) to help prevent this in the future.

If you want someone who actually diagnoses the problem instead of creating one, ask for Andy.

They worked with another company removed our existing solar panels. Removed our shingles and took them away replacement with a new standing metal seam roof .and new gutters . I am very please with the work they have done and feel confident I won't need anouther roof on our family home in my lifetime which was our goal The solar panels were reinstalled with a special fastner that allowed them not to drill any holes in the new roof I am very pleased with it ..I highly recommend them everyone else we checked with would have drilled holes into the new roof . Price was very reasonable. Thanks 😊

Hopefully I’ll never need a new roof again, but if I do, I’ll give Andy a call.

This company installed a perfect new roof for me a few years ago. So perfect that the bats just couldn’t stay away and decided they wanted to live rent free and destroy things. I needed them gone asap. The company retuned with a solution of removal without animal harm and a fix to keep the intruders out. I was going to watch but decided against it. It was so nice to sit outside last night and finally after all this time, not see the bats fly out of my roof. I appreciate you and the crew. Your quick response and immediate solution was professional. It shows you care about your customers as well as nature. The response of your crew was also professional and they put in some hard work with eviction and rebuild. The crew was amazing and the furbabies even enjoyed hanging out with them for a few minutes after completing the project. The dog furbabies… not the bats. You and your crew provided me with a mental peace of those unwanted roommates no longer destroying my home. I’m very thankful.

Elite Roofing and Solar replaced my roof due to hurricane Helene damage. Andy Wohl was the project manager, and from our initial meeting I knew I would choose Elite Roofing. He is honest, dedicated, and enthusiastic about his work, and it shows. He took time to explain options for roofing, and answered all my questions prior to and during the job.The crew showed up on time, did a great job, identified repairs to be made prior to shingles being placed, and I’m very happy with my new roof. Mostly it was great to know the roof would be completed as described, without worrying and “overseeing” the crew and job they did. it’s truly the best experience I’ve ever had with work done on my home. I highly recommend this company. Many thanks to Andy and Elite Roof and Solar.

Update review: Needed a roof replacement.
Pros
-calling & having someone come look at the rook was easy to get estimate
-estimate was more affordable than other estimates I received
-financing the roof was easy through Greensky
-took two days once they started

Elite roofing was also able to come out & send me pictures of the roof once the work was done which was appreciated & added two missing gutter guards that I was missing

Elite Roof and Solar did an outstanding job replacing our entire roof in our south Charlotte home. The process was totally seamless for us and led by their superb on-site project manager, Jake Jerles, who kept in contact on what to expect and with updates on the work. We fielded a number of estimates and Elite Roof was very competitive; in addition to the roof warranty, it also included a 25 year workmanship guarantee and included discounts for veterans.

A large team was used; they were very organized and were able to complete the job on our large roof in one day of actual work More importantly they cleaned up as they worked; protected shrubs and adjacent structures and left everything as it was originally.

We strongly recommend Elite Roof and Solar for their top quality work, for their very reasonable costs, and for making this as pleasant an experience for the homeowners as possible.

We have many roof vent pipes on our roof and Elite replaced these with very high quality boots that are larger, that look very nice, and that will never need to be replaced.

We were so delighted by the very high quality of their approach, materials, work, and cleanup—all at a very affordable price. They are also a local small veteran-owned business.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Elite Roof and Solar.

The sales rep provided the most comprehensive package I saw (I requested 3 quotes) as the package explained in detail the roof system elements and the warranties. It was impressive.

The project manager did a fantastic job keeping me informed and providing the needed paperwork. She responded almost immediately to my emails.

The subcontractors were on-time and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. I still do not know understand the ease with which they can carry the bundles of shingles on the roof.

Overall, it has been a great experience.

Had Elite come out to repair a few missing shingles from the recent hurricane. They were able to come next day and asses the damage along with what needed to be done. The roof was fixed within the week and they went above and beyond by also replacing another section that was poorly repaired prior by another company. 10/10 recommend!

5 STARS! Elite Roof & Solar was awsome from start to finish! Jake, the sales rep, made everything super easy and explained things in a way I could actually understand. They even finished the repair faster than I thought possible and charged me less than what I expected, which was a nice surprize. What really put my mind at ease was how they took pictures of the problem area before starting and then showed me photos after the repair was done. I didn’t even have to ask! Their team was quick, super friendly, and way more affordable than the other quotes I got. Honestly, if you need roof work, I’d totally recomend them!
