Awesome company to do business with. They were quick with communications, delivered the product and installed. When I found an issue they had their team out the next day to fix it.

Rick Moser was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire roofing process. I took quite a while deciding on the color and type of shingle for my new roof, and Rick never pressured me. Instead, he took the time to answer all of my questions and help me make the best decision for my home.
I also had several concerns because my roof is large and somewhat complex, with numerous valleys, and I had experienced problems with a previous roofing contractor. Rick listened carefully to every concern and thoroughly explained their installation process and warranty, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind.
After my previous experience, I spent a significant amount of time researching roofing companies before making my decision. I'm so glad I chose this one. The crew replaced the roof on both my home and detached garage, and they were incredibly efficient, completing the entire project in just one day. Their workmanship and professionalism were impressive.
Rick's communication, customer service, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend Rick Moser and his team to anyone looking for a quality roofing company they can trust.

Rick visited my house to check it out and I had a great looking new roof a week later. He was so responsive. This roof was not my primary residence and I was two hours away. He handled everything quickly and made me feel good that all was done right including before and after photos. No one ever wants to get a new roof, but I’m as happy as I can be with mine now that it’s done. Highly recommend!

Elite Roof is exactly as named. They outperformed my expectations. I am generally difficult to please. However, I contacted the store. They assigned Elite to me I then talked with Elite's rep. Gid Moser was outstanding. I kid you not I expected a few weeks or months delay due to scheduling. However, I thought Gid was calling me to schedule the roofing job. But instead his call was to inform me that they had began working on my house. Which is a second location. They were finished in several hours. Resulting in an outstanding job. Everyone did an excellent job. I highly recommend Elite Roof. Thank you Gid and team for a job "Well Done"

After contacting Elite Roofing and Solar, Gid Moser came out to assess my roof. He was on time for our scheduled appointment and very professional. He inspected the roof and explained the process, including guarantees/warranties Also, he determined there was hail damage and was present when my insurance adjuster inspected. A couple of days later, he emailed a written quote and the project was scheduled. The shingles were delivered on time and the next day the crew arrived and completed the project. They were fastidious with their cleanup, and I am very pleased with the results of my new roof. I highly recommend Elite Roofing and Solar..

A big thanks to Elite roof and Solar. We needed some gutter replaced and Elite was recommended to us by a friend. We could not be more happy with this company and the work that was done. Gid was professional and kind in answering our questions, and everyone else we had contact with was very pleasant. The guys that came to do the work were terrific, and left the area they had been working spotlessly clean. Thankfully we don’t need a new roof at this time, however should that change we will have no hesitation in calling Elite.

Very Impressive Experience with Elite Roof & Solar!

After contacting three other roofing companies—two no-shows and one that never returned my call—I reached out to Elite Roof & Solar, and the difference was night and day.

Rick Moser responded promptly and came out the very next day, just as promised. He took time to inspect our roof thoroughly, asked detailed questions about our expectations, and even used a drone to get clear images of the roof. Within a couple of days, we had a detailed estimate in hand.

While the price was slightly higher than we expected, the level of professionalism made us feel confident in moving forward. Within a week of signing the contract, we were notified that materials would arrive on June 2nd and the crew would begin work on June 3rd. Everything happened exactly on schedule.

The crew arrived at 7:00 AM, worked efficiently with only a short break for lunch, and completed the entire project—including removing the old roof and installing a new one on both our house and utility building (42 squares total)— by 9:00 PM. Cleanup was thorough, and the workmanship was top-notch.

We’re extremely pleased with the results. Elite Roof & Solar delivered on every promise - professional, prompt, and high-quality service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough nice things about my experience with this company. They do what they say they are going to do. They have answers to all my questions and they show up when they are scheduled, ever step of the way. They helped me work with my insurance company and did not push for payment until I was able to sort things out.

I appreciate the extra effort to do a up-close inspection to discover what was needed and help me solve my water issues with extra large gutters. My roof looks great after a year and my gutters still act brand new. Everything held up great during the recent hurricane.

BCR sent Joshua out to inspect our home today and was so nice to us and knew more about my roof than i did. He did such a professional job, there was not enough damage to get insurance involved but he explained what my next steps could be. Overall super nice guy and i would highly recommend to anyone needing their roof looked at. Also it was all totally free which was amazing for me.

Rick Moser and his team did an excellent job on my parent's roof and gutters. They completed the work in one day and it looks fabulous. They showed up when they said they would and were very professional throughout the entire process.

Rick helped go over the insurance estimate with them and explained everything thoroughly. Rick and Elite Roof and Solar did an amazing job and I would happily refer anyone to them. He answered all of their questions and was helpful in picking out the new roof color. My parents would give them 10 stars if they could!

These guys were super quick to respond to an inquiry I submitted about having a leak in my roof repaired. They did a very thorough job in researching where the leak was and what needed to be done to make sure it was repaired correctly. A little back story, my roof began leaking two and a half years ago and another company repaired it. Fast forward to now it had started leaking again in what appeared to be the same place. After calling several places that were completely booked I managed to get one to come out and inspect. I was informed that they only found a small hole and caulked it. That, very obviously, was not the only problem once the next rain came in. My next inquiry was to Elite Roof and Solar and that's where my problems ended. They quickly responded and set up an inspection and actually found several things wrong, including things that were done in the initial build. From the office employees to the guys that came to actually make the repairs everyone was super professional but caring and courteous. They worked until after dark and then showed back up early the next morning on a Saturday just to finish up. I cannot stress how pleased I am with the entire process that Elite has in place.

Elite Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. Every step was very efficient from getting an estimate all the way through the last step of talking to their representative who checked in with us after the work was complete. The materials arrived on time and work started promptly after. The workmen were very efficient, skilled, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterward!

My experience with Elite Roof and Solar was extremely positive. I was thoroughly impressed with Rick Moser from the Hickory location who took great care of me! I was given Rick’s name from a friend of mine who also had the same great experience. Rick immediately came to my house the following day of first contacting him and provided me a quote later the same evening.
I was pleasantly surprised at the price as I was thinking it would be much higher. Also I was very happy with how fast they did the new roof shingles installation and completed everything in the same day.
The roof looks great and the crew did a great job of cleaning everything up afterwards! I highly recommend Elite Roof and Solar and I’ll recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation! I’m so happy my friend recommended Rick and this company as they are first class and will take care of you!! When it comes to roofing needs do yourself a huge favor and call this company and you will not be disappointed!!!

For anyone that’s potentially needing a roof or has questions about their roof I wanted to drop a quick review. Maybe this will save you a step as it did my wife & myself. My father in law was in desperate need of a roof. However, he had ask me to do the contact work. Expecting a long, timely process Elite was able to get things going immediately. Rick Moser of Elite was truly our saving grace. Ensuring every detail was handled from beginning to end & more importantly following up after completion. We can’t thank each of you enough that had a hand in this process. Thanks again,
Steve & Anna
