The entire Elite Roofing team did an excellent job, from the area manager Christian Gladwwell, to office staff to field crew, professional and punctual, the crew arrived on schedule and completed the entire roof replacement in one day, excellent work ethics and workmanship, and the cleaning up was exceptional. It’s good to see that there is still quality and caring companies out there. We were fortunate to have chosen Elite Roofing for our roof replacement. Thank you all for a job well done, we highly recommend Elite Roofing for your next roofing project.

Elite Roofing completed a removal and new roof installation on our 1947 home in a day! They were quick to schedule, showed up on time with a full crew, tarped our landscaping for protection and went right to work. The employees were fully skilled, had and used their safety equipment, continually cleaned as they progressed, and exceptionally personable. Jose, Team Lead, addressed a problem with a skylight install that required site fabrication resulting in a fantastic solution. These guys are MY roofing professionals! Strongly recommend for all your roofing needs! And Santa knows…🎅🏻

Our cabin roof and gutters were dated and needed replacing. We received several quotes from various contractors, some were lower and some were higher. During the quote process, Christian from Elite Roof and Solar was super low-stress and did not push us to make a decision immediately like some of the others. He was open, transparent and honest about pricing and options which were competitive. He was also very communicative during the whole process even after traditional working hours. Upon completion, we were delighted at the finished product. The roof and gutters were installed to our expectation and the cleanup was to be expected from such a highly endorsed company. The work was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend Elite Roof and Solar for your roofing and gutter needs!

Elite Roof and Solar did an outstanding job all away around. When they came out to give me an estimate, they cleaned the gutters out for me because I was on crutches. The crew that did the install left without a trace. If it wasn't for the new gutters, I wouldn't have known they were there. Not a single nail or screw was left on the ground. I will be using them in the future.

Can’t say enough positive about Elite Roof & Solar. Very professional and personable. Ryann came to our house to give an overview and estimate. She was great to work with and it was obvious she was very knowledgeable in what she was doing. She was available any time for questions. Quickly sent us detailed diagrams to look at. I changed my mind on color last minute. She made time to bring color samples once again and helped me determine a new color. Gutter installation was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner, which we really appreciated. It was the perfect color! Installers were great at their job. Fast, efficient and left no trace of being there. We are extremely pleased with the job and highly recommend Elite Roof & Solar!

We were very impressed with the actual installation itself which was a total of 2 days for approximately 3,000 square feet of roofing!
The staff, both sales and installation, were very professional and available for questions at all times! And not to mention the installation itself was superb!

Elite had done my whole roof after hail damage a little under 5 years ago,. They were my first call.
The Back half of my house was hit with a large tree split and large limb. They came out in a few days since the whole area had been hit one way or another. Quick quote and scheduling was pretty much in line. I did have to give a time line as I had to leave for a job and they were able to meet it.
Nice folks and good clean up. Both the supervisor and the manager came and did a walk around and pickup little things they found. Back light was knocked and they helped get up and replace the bulb that had been broken off at the base.
nice folks

They did what they said they would do. Our representative, Ryann Jones was awesome with us - she was patient, answered all our questions about color selection, gave us space to consider our options, and was there when we needed - we texted, emailed, and spoke by phone. We live in Boone, started the conversation last Fall; and had the roof done within the last couple of weeks. Took them a day and a half - and they very much cleaned up after themselves - they cared about the details. BONUS - our homeowners insurance dropped $600 / year. Whether that pricing sticks is anyone's guess - but still - it was an unexpected item. Good folks - I recommend them.

One of the things that frustrates people is having a company give you an estmate only to find out later that there were hidden cost. Not so with Elite Roof and Solar (ELS). The cost came in at the estamate with no suprises. The job was done in a day and a half and they took the time to replace rotted wood around my dormers. I would use them again and recommend them to family and friends. Also I would like to point out that I did my research prior to the job and contacted two other companys that had good reviews. One never called me back to set up an appointment after I spoke to their secratary to give me an estmate (ELS gave me an estameat withing 24 hours of my reaching out to them) and the other contacted me back after ELS had already completed the job. ELS also did a great job cleaning up after the work was done.

Hurricane Helene affected Boone and surround counties. During this time, it was hard to get someone to check your roof within a week. But Elite roof was different. They got back to me within 24 hours and scheduled a check on my roof. On the day of the inspection, Ryan showed up. She’s an amazing professional and super friendly person. After assessing my roof, I gave them the go ahead to fix it. They did a great job. In fact, Ryann came back to help fix a part of my roof that was not part of the contract. That’s how far they were willing to go to make me feel satisfied with my roof. I’m truly happy with their work and an exceptional customer service.
Peter.

Contacted Elite Roof & Solar about replacing our old and aged house gutters.

Ned came over and surveyed the house, flew his drone over for aerial photos, very cool.

Their crew arrived on time and promptly got to work. A couple of hours later, they finished up.

They did an awesome job, cleaned up afterwards and were gone.

We highly recommend them, and wished I’d known about all their other services.

After hurricane Helene came thru, Ned Hunt came back up and flew his drone to check the roof for damage…and didn’t charge us a dime…awesome customer service!!!

After receiving very positive reviews of Elite Roofing from relatives and trusted associates, we met with Ryann Jones, who made a very favorable impression on us, and really permitted us to independently conclude we needed to look no further than Elite for our roofing project. Elite did an excellent job: they were on time, very efficient, and left our jobsite clean with no damage to our landscaping. Ryann was available throughout the project, and answered all questions/concerns we had. I highly recommend Elite Roofing, and commend Ryann Jones for making the entire process, from selecting the right shingles for our project, to final cleanup, a pleasant experience. BTW, the project was completed about 10 days prior to the arrival of Helene: I can report we had no roofing failures despite 70+ mph winds on our exposed mountain ridge location.

We fully recommend Elite Roof and Solar. They did our roof and gutters, and we are more than pleased with the results. Ned was very professional and responsive, and answered all of our questions throughout the process. He was easy to talk to and understood our concerns, and he went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the roof and shingles they put on.

Ned and his team responded very quickly to our leaking roof situation and made sure we were well taken care of. The communication was great throughout, and left us no doubts that we were in capable hands. The new gutters are solid and look great with our house's white trim, and the architectural asphalt shingles have a much cleaner look than our previous asphalt shingles. Also, we were surprised by how much quieter our new roof is when it rains, and how much better it insulated the house, saving us on electricity costs.

Elite Roof and Solar is professional, fast, and affordable. We can't recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend working with the folks at Elite. Our older roof sprung a few leaks after faithfully serving many seasons in rough, mountain weather. We spoke to Ms. Jones who was able to quickly give us a quote. The team ordered shingles immediately and got us on the schedule within 2 weeks of us signing the contract. While we waited, a technician came to tarp over the leaky portion of the roof, which we really appreciated. Their communication was great and the installation was completed in less than one day. Definitely give them a call.
