From beginning to end, this was a top notch experience. Lots of options to customize your system, easy to get on the installation calendar, and their large, efficient team installed our full roof system in less than a day. They took good care of my yard and plants, and hauled all debris away. Highly recommend.

Elijah was prompt in giving us an estimate, which turned out to be the fairest estimate we received out of three total estimates. We liked his professional, yet personable demeanor. Once we accepted the estimate and signed the contract, work began within a week and was completed in one day. Elijah was patient in answering our sometimes obvious questions. The roof looks absolutely amazing. We are very pleased. If I might give one bit of constructive feedback, it would be that the cleanup of roofing nails could have been better. Overall it was an excellent experience. We highly recommend Elijah and Elite Roof.

Everything they did from start to finish was exactly what we were looking for. They have a great rating with GAF so they are able to offer unbeatable warranties with the GAF shingles. Elijah was very quick and straight forward with the quote and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly. It was a 1 day project cleaned up the yard nicely and the roof looks very good and the care that went Into making sure every part of the roof was perfect! Before and after pictures included! Will recommend Elite Roofing forever!

Just wanted to post a quick review on Elite Roof and Solar- Winston Salem, and Mr. Elijah Plemmons in particular. Excellent experience and very fast response on a recent roof inspection and installation of gutter guards for our house. Two to three day service on both requests. Very professional and friendly. The gutter guards and gutter cleaning were done impressively fast and professionally. They also cleaned up nicely when finished. Would highly recommend Elite Roof and Solar - Winston Salem.

Excellent roofing company! Elijah came out the next day after we contacted them and he was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our roof issues as well as explain to us how to proceed with the repairs. We’re very impressed and will definitely use Elite Roof for our roofing repairs and future replacement.

We just had our gutters replaced by Elite Roof and Solar (Winston Salem location). It was a fantastic experience from them being recommended by Lowe's, the very friendly and professional, Neil Milroy coming to our home to give us our estimate, the office staff doing everything right, and the amazing installers. The gutters look fantastic and have updated and improved the way our home looks. We couldn't ask for more, and highly recommend them.

Perfect fix! Old roof had a nice sized hole in it for years finally got to a point where I was ready and reached out to Lowe's. This was their designated contractor for the 3rd party service and for good reason! I spoke with Neil Milroy who was my first contact with the company. Within minutes he knew what was going on what I wanted to do and have me the best advice I could have asked for to point me in the right direction for my price and the actual band for the buck I was looking for in the first place. No long wait for a contractor to come out and do measurements .... Drone measured and estimate without knowing how much wood replacement would be included and within hours contact received from Lowe's with a great kickback and special financing available just by being a Lowe's rewards cardholder. Signed contract two days later materials delivered to the house on a Friday ... Monday morning I got up around 630 to take the dog out thinking I'd be finished before they arrived but to my surprise the crew was already on site and setting up for the job. Once old roofing removed in less than a couple hours and decisions made on what wood was needed I reached out to Neil to question about the wood, he was already on his way to meet the crew leader at Lowe's to get it sent on to the house. AMAZINGLY well led and organized crew. Roof completed in under 9 hours with a good hour lunch well deserved in the shade. The crew was awesome, great job of going over the yard with a magnetic roller to get all possible nails picked up before wrapping up, Neil was GREAT, consistent contact with up to date knowledge on where the project stood at any given moment and good follow-up before during and after the job. Definitely recommend these guys and I'll probably only need them this one time. Great roof for the money and completed quickly and professionally with great response time from project management. 5 starts isn't enough but that's all they'll let me give. It was a pleasure from first contact to follow up.

Elijah was the inspector that came out to inspect my roof, and he is great. He went into the attic with me and explained what he saw, and then up on the roof to inspect it's condition. Thankfully my problems are mostly cosmetic for now, but the minute I need a new roof I know who I'll call. Knowledgeable and considerate, highly recommend.

I wanted to take this moment to thank Elijah and his team for carrying out their excellent work with such professionalism and care. From the initial roof inspection to the final installation, Elijah maintained clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. I had many questions along the way, and yet he took the time to answer each one thoroughly, which I truly appreciated.

His crew did an excellent job. Even though my home is a smaller single-family house, the installation can be done in a day, and the process was completed efficiently in about 4–5 hours. The team made sure to clean everything up afterward, leaving the property clean like before.

We’re happy with the final result, especially the Color we chose. I would highly recommend Elite Roof to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.

Our roof needed a complete replacement. Elijah completed a thorough inspection, provided a detailed report, and reviewed his findings with me in a timely manner. He made sure to take his time explaining and provided clear images of the problem areas. He offered a variety of solutions ranging in price based on material/labor costs. Communication was great from start to finish. Amanda reached out to us to scheduled our replacement right away. I also appreciated that the is company provided samples which helped us narrow down on our final color choice. The only thing I would say to my fellow home gardeners is that your foundation beds will take a beating even under the tarps but plants are resilient so I don’t doubt that my plants will bounce back. This far, I have not encountered any stray roof nails but still have to be careful in the time after installation. Overall, very satisfied with the work. We love our new roof and would consider revisiting other services with this business.

Very pleased with our new sunroom roof and roof vent. The roof was left a mess after a construction crew we were previously using “fixed it,” and Elite Roofing did the job right. Very agreeable price, quick scheduling, finished the project in less than a day, great communication throughout (thank you Elijah!), great finished work, and the best cleanup any crew has ever done after working on our house. We have had a lot of projects done recently and there’s always some sort of trash, extra material, loose nails, etc. left behind, but not with these guys. Great job from start to finish. We’d recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Elijah from Elite Roof and Solar! When he first came for my estimate and consultation, he was super thorough and precise with what I needed to know and what my options were. We ended up going with the UHDZ asphalt shingles because they're thicker, more hardy, and have a longer workmanship warranty. We also got the ice freeze barriers on the edges and valleys. Day of installation, they showed up exactly when they said and were really fast with completing the roof. It maybe took about 6-7 hours with their lunch included. Huge shout out to the crew, as they did an amazing job and cleaned up everything so well. Elijah also came by to make sure everything went well for the install. We are so happy with the results and now I don't have to fear a rainstorm or ice storm!

THAT is how an inspection and consultation should go!!! Lowe's Hardware put me in touch with Elite and I'm glad they did. Elijah was on time professional, informative and courteous. He took pictures on the roof and went over them with me showing me areas that I might need to be concerned about down the road and was honest when he said he didn't feel that there was anything that needed to be done immediately. Let me tell you, that kind of honesty goes a long way. Most other companies will try to sell you things you don't need but even after driving all the way to Mount Airy from Winston Elijah was still straight up and said my roof was fine. When the time does come that'll be the only person I call. What a great experience!

I strongly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. Sales representative Neil "Elite" Milroy excels in communication and ideas. I needed roof repair, turbine fans replaced and gutters. With Neil's guidance i did not have to replace my entire roof and was able to get my project completed within my budget. Technicians Chad and Hunter did a superb job and completed it in one day. Elite Roof and Solar was well represented by these three professionals.

Neil Milroy to the rescue!! Seriously, we were in dire straits and in need of professional assistance for our leaking roof IMMEDIATELY. In no time, Neil dropped what he was doing and showed up at our house offering his counsel and expertise concerning our flat roof. Truly a soothing presence, Neil turned a moment of anxiety into relief. He was able to offer us a temporary solution due to the rain, and continued to follow up with us to ensure we were ok. A truly pleasant experience, I highly recommend giving ‘Elite Roof and Solar’ a call. And ask for Neil! 😆

Neil was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. My partner and I had a leak in our ceiling during the winter storm and had no idea what to do. Even before coming out to check the roof Neil talked us through everything on the phone and looked at pictures we sent which eased our anxieties. He assessed the roof and gave us great instructions for moving forward. Thank you Neil!!!

Elijah Plemmons came out to do the initial assessment of my damaged roof and gutters. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the problems in detail. I was put on the schedule immediately. The company kept me informed of every step as to when materials would be delivered and when the services would be performed. The team is respectful, very fast, and expert. They clean everything up so there is no evidence that they were there except for a beautiful new roof and gutters. When I asked questions, I received quick and complete responses. At the completion of each portion of the job, the team lead would go over the details with me and even offered recommendations going forward. I would definitely recommend Elite Roof and Solar.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Elite Roofing (Elijah Plemmons was THE man) in Winston Salem, NC!

Elijah climbed on our roof, took many photos of the problem areas and then showed me the NEW GAF TimberSteel shingle roof. WOW. Comes with a 30 year COLOR warranty, along with the 50 year warranty that guarantees protection from even hurricane force wind! Elijah is highly professional and competent and an HONEST, Born Again Believer in Jesus Christ, so I knew he is trustworthy.

The crew from Elite Roofing is STELLAR! Very professional, competent and friendly group of guys. Every aspect of the project was completed as promised and without any problems. The gutter crew is also STELLAR and equally competent and even designed a system where they replaced our existing gutters that run into rain barrels, by designing removable downspouts and gave us extra length legs to install if we ever decide to remove the rain barrels! The gutter system also has a 20 YEAR NO CLOG guarantee! Can't beat that. Can't beat the quality and professionalism of Elite Roofing!

Elite Roof and Solar recently replaced the roof on our home, and we are very pleased with their service. They did a quality job in the timeline promised. Everyone we encountered at Elite (Elijah, Amanda, and Joey) was professional, friendly, and responsive. In fact, one of the key factors that helped us make the decision to hire Elite was that we were able to speak with someone at our very first phone call. All of the other companies we contacted had an answering service which required us to leave a message and await a return call. It was important to us that we worked with a company that we could contact easily. We would work with Elite again and be happy to recommend them to others.

Joey, in the office, was very kind and helpful. He explained the process of getting a quote and repairs, and asked meaningful questions about the type of work I needed done. Neil came out to give the quote, and he was very personable. He was very responsive to text messages/emails/phone calls when I had questions or needed clarification, and was very accommodating when I asked for before and after pictures. He also recommended additional areas on our roof that needed repair without being pushy and thoroughly explained why he felt they needed to be addressed. This should extend our roof's lifespan by another five years before it needs to be replaced. When that time comes, I will use Elite Roof and Solar.
