Christian Gladwell

Christian Gladwell brings 30 years of experience spanning investment banking, real estate development, and hands-on property management. Over the course of his career, he has guided projects from ground-up custom home builds to full rental portfolio oversight, with nearly every stage of the property lifecycle in between. For Christian, creating beautiful homes and building equity isn’t work so much as it is a calling; he’ll tell you he finds it more rewarding than any position the stock market has ever offered.

For the past decade, Christian owned and operated a roofing company, giving him a firsthand understanding of what separates a good contractor from a great one. That experience is exactly what drew him to Elite Roof and Solar. When you’ve run a roofing operation yourself, you know the difference that craftsmanship, accountability, and warranty-backed work actually make.

A graduate of the University of Oregon, where he competed on the tennis team, Christian earned his BA in History and Political Science before going on to complete his MBA. He has since raised four children, three of whom have already graduated from UNC School of Law, Appalachian State, and Elon University. His youngest is currently pursuing an engineering degree at UNC Charlotte.

When he’s not working, Christian can usually be found outdoors, whether that’s surfing, skiing, hitting the golf course, or back on the tennis court.
