We are very happy to welcome our newest team member, Roof Repair Technician, Alvaro Flores Silva Jr. to the Elite Roofing team. Alvaro is a second generation roofer who was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. Alvaro graduated from Rocky River High School in Mint Hill, is fluent in both Spanish and English, and has been surrounded by the roofing industry since the day he was born. His dad started roofing back in 2000, and two of his brothers are successful roofers and businessmen as well. You can easily say that roofing is in Alvaro’s blood!
Roof Repair Technician to Better Serve Customers
Elite Roofing prioritized creating and filling a dedicated roof repair technician role so that we can better serve both our residential and commercial customers. Often times roofing companies lower a repair’s priority when compared to a more profitable, larger full replacement. This causes customers with small leaks to wait for many days and sometimes weeks to get a roof repair completed. That can be pretty stressful if another storm is on its way! There are even some roofing companies that refuse to offer repair services and only do replacements so that they can maximize profits!
At Elite Roof & Solar, our focus is always on protecting our customers and treating them according to the Golden Rule. We realize that unanticipated leaks are stressful and can cause a lot of anxiety for homeowners and tenants. By having a dedicated Roof Repair Technician, we can ensure that we can help stop even the smallest of leaks as quickly as possible with a licensed and certified roof repair. We are making the investment in this role so that you can feel even more confident that Elite Roofing is here to serve the community in the right way and hopefully put a smile on your face if you ever have a leak! 🙂
Alvaro will be completing repairs in all of our markets – Charlotte, Lake Norman, Hickory, Boone, Asheville, Rock Hill, and Winston-Salem. We’ve also invested in a brand new 2022 F150 Truck and a 40′ ladder to make sure that we have all of the tools we need to service your roofing repair needs as quickly as possible.
